Обязанности

• Own day-to-day Microsoft Azure operations across customer tenants.
• Lead Microsoft 365 and Entra ID hardening.
• Manage enterprise multi-factor authentication administration.
• Coach customers’ growing cloud footprints.
• Triage and resolve identity incidents quickly.
• Build cost models and capacity forecasts.
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and Jolera’s shared Cloud Engineering bench.

Требования

• 7+ years in enterprise cloud engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Microsoft Azure.
• Deep Azure expertise across IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID.
• Solid Microsoft 365 administration background.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Located in or near Troy, MI, or willing to relocate.
