- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers.
- Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver compelling technical content.
- Guide technical architecture decisions.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks.
- Identify common integration patterns.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Strong technical communication skills.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures.
- Comfortable with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks.
