Обязанности

• Development and analysis of potential financing opportunities;
• Gathering data for company and industry analysis;
• Building financial models and business valuation;
• Preparing materials for Credit and Investments committees or other meetings;
• Support for due diligence and deal execution process.

Требования

• Bachelor or master degree from top-tier Russian or Western university;
• 1-2 year work experience in PE funds / investment and corporate banks / M&A and Valuation departments at BIG4;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Deep knowledge of financial mathematics, corporate finance and financial analysis;
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills;
• Fluent user of Microsoft Office and analytical databases.
