- Own the Card domain end-to-end
- Define and drive the multi-year vision for Affirm Card across consumer experience, growth, and economics
- Lead the US direct to consumer card products
- Oversee our Card Platform
- Translate company strategy into a coherent roadmap
- Build and scale a high-performing product organization
- Manage and develop a team of PMs and PM leaders
- Establish product standards and decision frameworks
- Drive business outcomes at scale
Требования
- 15+ years in product management
- Experience leading multi-team product areas
- Proven ability to create systems and processes that scale
- Experience in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure
