Обязанности
- Operationalize model performance: prompting-update tracking, issue prioritization, and go/no-go decision making.
- Own Launch Readiness for Claude.ai: launch checklists, coordination with XFN Teams.
- Run team operations for Claude.ai & Growth.
- Invest in feedback-loop systems: intake, triage, synthesis for consumer users.
- Coordinate across functions without formal authority.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or launch readiness roles.
- Experience operationalizing model performance at an application-layer AI product company.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring real cross-functional influence.
