- Take founder-defined priorities and turn them into shipped systems.
- Build and own account outreach and nurturing motions from scratch.
- Improve website conversion and CRM handoff processes.
- Manage press, social, and brand projects around founder-led priorities.
- Build dashboards, alerts, and operating cadences that keep the team moving, accountable, and improving.
Требования
- 5+ years of experience in Growth Ops, GTM Ops, RevOps, BizOps, or a Founder's Office role.
- Proven track record of building workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences.
- Comfortable with CRM, automation, and project management tooling.

- Fully remote with frequent trips to the US.
