• Own the signup, activation, onboarding, and conversion experience.
• Instrument the funnel, run experiments, and ship changes that move real metrics.
• Build full-stack, from frontend to backend.

Требования

• 5+ years as a full-stack engineer with growth/PLG experience.
• Experience with A/B tests and metrics ownership.
• Familiarity with our stack: Next.js, React, Tailwind, TypeScript, Vercel, PostgreSQL.

Условия

• Salary based on impact, not tenure.
• Up to 0.05% equity.
