Обязанности

• Develop and execute product strategy in alignment with overall company goals.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to drive product development from concept to launch.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

Требования

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong analytical skills: funnel analysis, cohort analysis, LTV.
• Experience running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and make decisions amid conflicting interests.
• English B2 or higher.
