- Take full ownership of product area, driving from ideation through to measurable results.
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize product to systematically improve key metrics, performance, and stability based on data and user feedback.
- Adapt the product to market needs and user expectations.
- Prioritize features and evaluate their potential impact on product performance.
- Analyze released features, comparing actual results with forecasts.
- Design, run, and scale A/B tests to optimize both new and existing functionality.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and UA teams.
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive product requirements.
- Prepare product reports and roadmaps for stakeholders and leadership.
- Explore new growth opportunities and monetization strategies in the gaming space.
Требования
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in GameDev.
- Strong experience with hybrid monetization models.
- Experience in building and developing projects from scratch.
- Systematic experience conducting A/B tests.
- Knowledge of game balance and difficulty curve construction.
- Understanding of key product metrics and financial aspects.
