Обязанности

• People management
• Coordinate workload for team members, maintaining motivation and meeting deadlines
• Active participation in periodical review
• Provide feedback, define goals and sustain motivation
• Work closely with Tech departments and Sales teams
• Proactively make sure that the roadmap is equally interpreted by all the involved parties
• Plan, control and monitor deliverables
• Resolve dependencies and manage risks
• Lead communication from kick-off through life cycle of the product/project
• Analyse, argument changes and adjust development process
• Manage the budget

Требования

• More than 5 years relevant work experience
• Preference to applicants with fintech project/product development experience
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1)
• Experience working with the European market is required
