Обязанности

• People management;
• Coordinate workload for team members, maintaining motivation and meeting deadlines;
• Active participation in periodical review;
• Provide feedback, define goals and sustain motivation;
• Work closely with Tech departments and Sales teams;
• Proactively make sure, that the roadmap is equally interpreted by all the involved parties;
• Plan, control and monitor deliverables;
• Resolve dependencies and manage risks;
• Lead communication from kick-off through life cycle of the product/project;
• Analyse, argument changes and adjust development process;
• Manage the budget (make sure budget goals are met, initiate and discuss the changes if they need/appear);
• Experience in fintech will be a plus.

Требования

• More than 5 years relevant work experience;
• Preference to applicants with fintech project/ product development experience;
• Fluent written and spoken English (С1);
• Experience working with the European market is required.
