Обязанности
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end
- Formulate and validate product hypotheses
- Identify growth opportunities across the product funnel
- Build and analyze product metrics and user behavior
- Work with event-based analytics and define tracking requirements
- Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive decisions with data
- Analyze key product metrics: LTV, retention, churn, conversion funnels
- Segment users and analyze behavior across cohorts
Требования
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
- Strong understanding of product analytics and growth metrics
- Mandatory experience in crypto products, specifically in cards, payments, or related financial services
- Strong SQL skills, Python, A/B testing, Mathematical statistics
- Hands-on experience running A/B tests (design, execution, analysis)
- Strong understanding of statistical significance and experiment design
- Ability to independently turn data into actionable insights
- Strong experience with Amplitude (events, funnels, retention, segmentation)
- Strong experience with AppsFlyer (attribution and traffic analysis) and experimentation platforms
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) is a plus
