Обязанности

• Own compliance and anti-fraud across card transactions and banking transfers
• Build and calibrate fraud rules and transaction monitoring logic
• Work with CTO and product team on data-driven fraud monitoring
• Communicate with banking, BaaS and card partners on compliance requirements
• Prepare reports, remediation plans and responses to partner requests
• Manage chargebacks and disputes
• Reduce fraud rate and chargeback ratio to partner target levels
• Oversee AML and sanctions screening on top of the existing KYC stack
• Set up escalation flows and manage compliance cases
• Prepare compliance documentation and policies, including AML policy and transaction monitoring policy
• Support the compliance block for investor due diligence and data room preparation

Требования

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, fraud operations or transaction monitoring in fintech
• Experience with card programs, issuer-processors, program managers or BaaS platforms is highly preferred
• Practical experience with transaction fraud: rules, scoring, monitoring, mule activity, ACH/card fraud
• Experience working directly with sponsor banks, BaaS partners or similar providers
• Understanding of AML/CFT requirements
• Crypto sector experience and knowledge of UAE/DIFC regulations would be a plus
• Ability to work with data: SQL or strong analytics/reporting skills would be a strong plus
• Working English for communication with partners and regulators
• Russian for internal team communication
• High ownership and ability to build processes from scratch
