Design and develop customer loyalty and benefits programs that enhance the value of our financial products.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard external partners offering exclusive benefits, discounts, memberships, and privileges for clients.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with service providers and business partners.
Develop bundled customer offerings and loyalty packages aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and customer trends.
Prepare business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI calculations for proposed programs.
Monitor program performance, customer engagement, and partner effectiveness.
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful program implementation.
Manage day-to-day operations of loyalty programs and continuously improve customer value propositions.
Track budgets, contractual obligations, and program KPIs.
Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management.
Требования
2 + years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, sales, customer engagement, commercial management, or related areas.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to evaluate commercial viability and profitability of partnership initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Experience working in financial services, fintech, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or membership-based businesses is an advantage.
