Обязанности

• Supporting partner API integrations during onboarding and launch
• Consulting partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality
• Handling requests coming through the ticketing system
• Validating the quality of partner integrations
• Logging information about integrating partners
• Conducting Zoom/Google Meet calls with partners
• Working with API logs and troubleshooting errors
• Escalating requests to other teams when needed
• Maintaining and updating the knowledge base.

Требования

• At least 1 year of experience in API technical support or experience with API integrations
• Time management, strong communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn
• Confident experience working with APIs and Postman
• Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
• Basic understanding of API integration design principles
• Ability to read logs in JSON and XML formats
• Understanding of CRUD principles
• Ability to work with Google Docs
• Ability to handle cross-functional / adjacent project tasks
• English level B2 or higher (both written and spoken)
