Identify, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and activate KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, educators, and regional partners.
Build and manage cooperation models such as rebate programs, commission structures, affiliate incentives, broker partnerships, community campaigns, and trading-focused partnerships.
Manage partner relationships and continuously improve trading volume, active users, deposits, conversion, and revenue contribution.
Work with Marketing, Product, and BD leadership to support localized campaigns, partner materials, market feedback, and product improvement.
Build market maps covering partner landscape, competitor activity, KOL ecosystems, trading communities, and user behavior.
Track partner performance and provide regular reporting on pipeline, activation, campaign results, and commercial contribution.
Coordinate with internal teams before launching market-facing campaigns, partner promotions, or user-facing activities.
The first 3 months will be a ramp-up and performance review period, with expectations aligned around qualified partner pipeline, partner activation, trading volume, revenue contribution, and execution quality.

Proven BD experience in crypto exchange, futures trading platform, broker, affiliate business, fintech trading product, or Web3 trading product.
Hands-on experience with KOL, affiliate, broker, rebate, commission, or partner incentive models.
Existing partner resources in at least one regional market, language group, or trading community.
Strong understanding of crypto trading users, futures products, trading communities, and partner-driven acquisition.
Ability to activate partners and generate measurable commercial contribution.
Able to explain previous BD outcomes such as trading volume, active users, deposits, net fee, partner revenue, or campaign ROI.
Strong English communication skills; additional regional languages are a plus.
Commercially driven, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving crypto environment.
