- New Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients across Europe
- Independently build pipeline
- Engage with C-level stakeholders
- End-to-End deal ownership
- Conduct discovery and qualification
- Collaborate with presales and technical teams
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder processes
- Solution Selling
- Develop customized proposals based on client needs
- Lead negotiations and close deals
- Maintain pipeline with 3–5x coverage of target
Требования
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience (IT / cloud / cybersecurity / infrastructure)
- Experience selling complex solutions
- Proven track record of closing deals with $300k+ gross profit
- Experience working with long sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and other European languages
