Обязанности
- Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments.
- Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones.
- Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues.
- Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams.
- Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
Требования
- 7+ years of hands-on project management experience, including significant exposure to CX, telecom, or infrastructure-related environments.
- Proven experience managing technical projects from initiation through closure, including ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance activities, and multi-party technical cutovers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel for tracking and financial analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed team environments.
