Обязанности

• Budget preparation and financial planning
• Liquidity control and cash flow forecasting
• Treasury management and daily financial operations
• Interaction with international banks and payment providers
• Coordination of KYC / AML processes
• Collaboration with auditors and external consultants
• Oversight of management reporting and financial processes
• Plan vs actual analysis and KPI control
• Participation in financial process automation
• Coordination of finance / accounting team

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in finance / treasury / accounting / FP&A
• Strong expertise in treasury and liquidity management
• Experience with international banking operations
• Experience supporting companies across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with ERP / accounting systems
• Additionally, it would be great to have: ACCA / ACA / CPA (or in progress)
