Project Manager

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects: scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Translate a transformation charter into a detailed project plan with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Run regular status reporting (RYG statuses) and escalate risks and blockers before they become critical.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with stakeholders across Ops, IT, Finance, and other impacted teams.
• Maintain project's RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive mitigation actions to closure.
• Manage resource needs in coordination with the team's capacity planning process.
• Partner with change management resources to ensure adoption.
• Conduct stage reviews and present go/no-go recommendations to the steering committee.
• Run post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
• Oversee implementation, delivery and closure of multiple projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to define the scope, timeline, resources required and define any risk management plans.
• Define clear roles and responsibilities of the participating team members within each initiative.
• Lead multiple project streams with successful turnarounds to achieve timelines.
• Identify risks, prepare contingency and recovery plans in the event of project delays.
• Develop strategies to ensure efficient resource planning and allocation.
• Apply change management processes to manage stakeholders' expectations throughout the life cycle of a project.

• 6+ years of project management experience, ideally including business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects.
• 6+ years of experience in managing multiple end-to-end project life cycles.
• Preferred experience in Business Transformation projects and implementation experience working with multiple teams.
• Ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of senior stakeholders internally and with outside vendors.
• Experience in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiation to delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and drive alignment.
• Strong working knowledge of project management fundamentals: charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, change control.
• Comfort working in both structured such as waterfall and iterative (Agile) delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence) and standard reporting formats.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in US Eastern Time.

• Annual base salary range: $129,500 - $160,000 USD.
