This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager (for DTC/E-Commerce) based in United States.
This is a hands-on marketing role supporting a fast-growing direct-to-consumer menswear brand with a primarily U.S. customer base.
Responsibilities
- Review and quality-control agency deliverables across email, creative, and paid advertising, ensuring work meets brand standards and supports conversion objectives.
- Review approximately 20–50 marketing videos per month, providing detailed feedback on hooks, pacing, messaging, calls to action, and overall creative effectiveness.
- Approve and upload finalized creative assets to the appropriate advertising platform for social distribution.
- Manage agency relationships by leading weekly KPI reviews, tracking deliverables, addressing gaps, and ensuring commitments remain on schedule.
- Support conversion rate optimization by proposing experiments, coordinating implementation with developers, and analyzing test results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a high standard of quality across all marketing channels and proactively identify issues before they affect campaign performance.
- Monitor marketing performance and use data, customer behavior, and campaign insights to inform actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and external partners to execute high-growth initiatives across the DTC marketing funnel.
- Contribute to influencer marketing, social media, content, and community engagement initiatives as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, creative output, campaign execution, and overall marketing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience contributing to brand growth and high-performance digital marketing initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge across multiple marketing channels, including Google Ads, CRO, affiliate marketing, email marketing, SEO, and organic social.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Adnova, Google Ads, and AI tools such as Claude.
- Ability to critically evaluate creative and campaign quality rather than simply manage processes or timelines.
- Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies, including performance reviews and deliverable oversight.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, content creation, brand storytelling, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into practical actions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback.
- Highly self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with significant autonomy and accountability.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and external agencies.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Ability and willingness to work with consistent overlap during U.S. business hours is required.
