SAP Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP Project Manager based in United States.

• Serve as the senior engagement lead and trusted advisor for Federal, DoD, and Federal Civilian customers, building strong relationships across executive, procurement, program management, and security stakeholders.
• Lead complex customer onboarding and transition initiatives, ensuring delivery remains aligned with contractual scope, milestones, budgets, security requirements, and operational objectives.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery across SAP cloud environments, acting as the primary point of contact for service and support requirements.
• Conduct executive reviews and quarterly business reviews, using KPIs, balanced scorecards, and performance insights to evaluate service quality, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Translate Federal mission priorities into SAP cloud strategies and roadmaps that improve value, security, and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee incident management, escalations, service-level performance, and coordination with internal operations and support teams.
• Develop and enforce quality and compliance plans supporting FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, NIST frameworks, and other applicable Federal security standards.
• Lead release, maintenance, IT calendar, and version-control planning to preserve the required compliance and operational posture.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and collaborate with sales and solution teams on upsell initiatives, renewals, contract extensions, and commercial changes.
• Monitor operating performance, profitability, and SLA adherence while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve delivery efficiency and service operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of customer-facing program, project, or service delivery management experience, preferably within Federal Government, DoD, or Federal Civilian environments.
• Strong understanding of Federal cloud security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST, DoD Impact Levels IL2–IL6, and related regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple customers and complex delivery programs while maintaining high standards for service quality, security, and compliance.
• Strong SAP expertise, including experience with S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and cloud application or technical delivery.
• Familiarity with SAP NS2 cloud environments, operating models, and service delivery processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical and regulatory considerations into clear business recommendations and customer strategies.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, take ownership, adapt to changing mission requirements, and operate effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience using AI, automation, or other emerging technologies to improve technology delivery and operational performance.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with DISA STIGs and Federal security certification processes is a strong advantage.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to Federal Government contract and customer-data access requirements.
