This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist based in South Africa. We are looking for an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist to transform learning strategies into practical, AI-powered solutions that improve how people access and use knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Research AI-powered approaches to learning and enablement, evaluating opportunities and recommending practical solutions.
- Prototype learning resources and automated workflows using Claude and other relevant AI tools.
- Develop and launch learning initiatives from initial concept through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize asynchronous onboarding processes.
- Structure, organize, and maintain learning knowledge repositories.
- Automate learning administration tasks, including enrolments, reminders, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain and improve learning platforms and collaboration tools, including Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude.
- Create clear, practical learning materials, including short learning modules, guides, documentation, and digital resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand learning needs.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, simplify workflows, and improve the overall learner experience.
- Work independently to investigate ambiguous problems, establish priorities, and deliver solutions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning systems and workflows.
Requirements
- Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge, including structuring information, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Practical, hands-on experience building solutions with AI tools.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and confidence working with technical systems, integrations, and process optimization.
- A systems-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand dependencies, connect workflows, troubleshoot problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn broad objectives into actionable plans.
- A learner-focused approach.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging learning content, guides, documentation, and internal communications.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- A proactive and independent working style.
- Experience in learning and development, human resources, employee enablement, or a related field is an advantage.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and manage competing priorities.
