Responsibilities
- Lead the product: You will develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, user needs, and technological advancements. You will be responsible for driving both quarterly and long-term OKRs.
- Drive innovation and automation: You will champion the product vision from discovery to successful implementation, ensuring a focus on data-driven decision-making and impactful results.
- Leverage data: You will delve into data to identify opportunities, collaborate with your stakeholders to validate hypotheses through experimentation and continuously improve our pricing strategies.
- Collaborate & communicate effectively: You will partner closely with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and internal users to translate complex requirements into impactful product features. Alignment with stakeholders at various levels across our global brands will be key.
- Become the subject matter expert: You will be the go-to expert for all things time estimations, driving best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within this critical domain.
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex data-driven products at large scale & achieving tangible results.
- Data fluency and experience working hand in hand with engineers, data scientists or analysts; Strong analytical mindset and a passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions.
- Previously owned product strategy, roadmap and execution of a cross-functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders; Proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful product solutions.
- Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, proven by the ability to drive alignment.
