Responsibilities
- Partner with peers and leaders in Sales, TAM, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Program Management to develop scalable measurement strategies.
- Drive scalable, semantic data models that can support stakeholders both inside of Auth0 and across the enterprise.
- Educate and enlighten data stakeholders with newly available objects and models.
- Build reusable data models that support key concepts of the business (Entitlement, Activation, Utilization, Engagement, etc.).
- Deliver executive dashboards and product insights based on foundational productionalized data models.
- Partner with other analysts to create composite measures and insights.
- Ensure that data privacy and governance is a first priority at all stages of the data lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or analytics engineering, or product management.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, PowerBI, Sigma, Omni, etc.).
- 5+ years of SQL experience.
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management including instrumentation, governance, modeling and self-service interfaces.
- Experience working within a Jira/Agile environment.
- BA or higher, preferred.
- Cloud based data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.) is a plus.
- Data engineering (Python, dbt, Kafka, Parquet, DuckDB, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and the Pull Request process.
