Responsibilities
- Do hands-on research and prototyping of identity and tenancy solutions and market tests for viability
- Deeply embed yourself in B2B software development, understand how multi-tenant SaaS is built, the common pain points, and be able to articulate challenges and opportunities in the space
- Own the B2B Standards Roadmap and understand the Vertical and Regional implications
- Think through how our customers integrate with us, and how we separate features and functions
- Work with our engineering and design team to build actionable requirements, APIs, and detailed specifications to enable engineering execution
- Build roadmaps and compelling business cases that articulate your product direction, financial strategy, and downstream alignment
- Follow our PDLC (Product Delivery Lifecycle) to drive a complete vision, while upholding the highest standards in security, architecture, and design
Requirements
- 4 years of experience leading as a Product Manager or Team Lead in Engineering
- 8 years of experience working in technology/IT/Software
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or has completed an Engineering Bootcamp program within the same time frame
- Experience developing on, or working within, B2B SaaS applications
- Deep understanding of Identity and Directory Protocols including OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
- Design of APIs and detailed specifications to enable engineering execution
- Practical experience working with data and tools to analyze data (SQL/BI Tools)
- Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate your work, without generating slop
