Responsibilities
- Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape
- Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation
- Ensure attainment of assigned sales quotas by leading from the front
- Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Open Source community and partner ecosystems
- Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and closure
- Partner across Elastic's leadership community
Requirements
- Proven experience leading successful Mid-Market sales teams
- Proven success developing and executing a scalable, repeatable sales strategy
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Experience building and implementing sales processes and frameworks
- SaaS sales leadership
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
- Bonus: experience within an Open Source model
Conditions
- OTE range: $226,500 — $358,300 USD (60/40 pay mix)
- Base salary range: $135,900 — $215,100 USD
- Target variable range: $90,600 — $143,300 USD
