Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Glovo PLECA Countries, leading the Partner Ads & Promotions strategy, including development of sales pipelines and conversion funnels.
- Improve processes, reporting, and tooling to maximize commercial efficiency and campaign performance.
- Consolidate, optimize, and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports used to track key KPIs and partner investments in Ads products.
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to leadership teams for strategic decision-making.
- Support the Commercial team with data-driven projects such as Business Planning, partner P&L analysis, Account Manager portfolio management, forecasting, and target setting.
- Standardize knowledge sharing and training to ensure local teams can independently manage and grow their portfolios.
- Take full control of the Promo Budget to ensure campaigns drive incrementality rather than just volume, protecting the P&L.
- Develop clear playbooks and materials that communicate the value proposition of new Ads products and commercial solutions.
- Shift the operating model away from manual, high-touch processes toward scalable, tech-enabled workflows.
- Build a regional Ads & Promo community to reduce fragmentation and ensure consistent execution across markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence local commercial teams.
