Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure Security team
- Define and drive the Infrastructure Security strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model
- Prioritize team initiatives based on security risk, business impact, engineering capacity, and regulatory requirements
- Guide security across infrastructure environments, including cloud platforms, Kubernetes, endpoints, privileged access management, remote access, and vulnerability management
- Build scalable processes for risk prioritization, remediation tracking, and cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams
- Communicate infrastructure security risks, priorities, trade-offs, and progress
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including experience leading and managing technical security teams
- Strong background in Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, or Platform Security
- Experience translating security goals into clear roadmaps, priorities, ownership models, and measurable outcomes
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching, delegation, feedback, and team development
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
- Upper-Intermediate or higher Russian level
