About the company

Numa is building the platform to power AI-native dealerships
Integrates AI into dealership functions: rescuing customer calls and voicemails, reducing customer resolution times, improving team productivity
Raised $50 million from leading investors (Google, Threshold, Costanoa, Mitsui, Touring Capital)

Responsibilities

Build strategic partnerships with dealership GMs and leadership teams
Tie Numa’s platform to business goals such as profit, team productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSI)
Lead executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Deliver dealership-specific performance insights
Create and manage 90-day engagement plans
Guide strategic reviews and tailor action plans based on real-time performance metrics
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales
Travel onsite to dealerships as needed

Requirements

Deep experience in automotive, including time on both the dealer and vendor side
Experience as a former General Manager, Fixed Operations Director, or similar leadership role within a dealership
Proven ability to run and grow a service department
Confidence working with executive stakeholders and leading data-driven performance conversations
Strong ability to connect software solutions to operational KPIs and business goals
Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills

Nice to have

Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and service operations workflows
Experience with data analysis, performance reporting, or business intelligence tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
Familiarity with AI tools and effective prompt engineering
