Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and evolve the People Systems roadmap, capturing current and planned initiatives across all HR stakeholder groups
- Align with HRIS vendor HiBob, tracking their product roadmap and influencing priorities
- Translate People Systems pain points and stakeholder feedback into enhancement requests
- Partner with HR leadership through a regular business review cadence
- Review and create clear, structured end-user and internal documentation
- Coordinate People Systems activities for potential mergers & acquisitions, including HRIS integrations and data migration
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, self-service, and efficiency improvements
- Support implementation of AI-driven support solutions (e.g. Rovo)
- Act as deputy to the People Systems Manager when required
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 7+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or related roles
- Technical understanding of APIs and Webhooks; familiarity with Python, Power Automate, Airflow, or AI-driven tools is a strong advantage
- Proven experience owning or contributing to People Systems or HRIS roadmaps
- Strong hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms
- Experience working with external vendors and influencing product roadmaps
- Experience supporting People Systems workstreams for mergers & acquisitions
- Experience creating and maintaining high-quality end-user documentation (e.g. Confluence)
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Experience using Jira or comparable ticketing systems
- Advanced Excel skills
