• Partner is looking for a Business Analyst – ServiceNow SOMT based in India.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and requirements definition for ServiceNow SPM and SOMT functionalities.
• Gather, document, and validate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Apply TM Forum standards including eTOM, OSS, and BSS.
• Analyze the end-to-end telecom order lifecycle and recommend process improvements.
• Support implementation, deployment, and adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of service management processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT services and service management.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow SPM and SOMT.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience managing UAT.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of telecommunications service management and order lifecycle.
• Familiarity with TM Forum standards (eTOM, OSS, BSS) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Conditions

• Salary: ₹12–15 lakh per annum (LPA).
• Remote position based in India.
