About the company

- Team develops high-load services for video streaming, both on the server side and on the UI side
Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation & Specification: Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders; translate them into clear, testable artifacts
- Requirements Lifecycle Management: Maintain requirements throughout delivery — manage changes, document decisions and assumptions
- Knowledge Base Ownership: Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base for product behavior and business rules
- Cross-functional Communication & Alignment: Serve as the primary bridge between Product and Engineering
- Quality & Validation Support: Support delivery quality by reviewing scenarios and acceptance criteria
- AI-Assisted Analysis: Use AI tools (LLMs) to improve speed and quality of BA work
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in product development, working closely with cross-functional delivery teams
