Responsibilities
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and Studio leads, advising on best practices and strategies
- Providing an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience
- Maintaining data across Applicant Tracking System, Requisition Tracker, LinkedIn Projects and Job Briefing records
- Supporting recruitment for creative, technical, operational, commercial and marketing roles
- Implementing processes that connect candidates, hiring managers and HR teams
- Engaging with the best talent directly, leveraging EVP and employer brand
- Learning about competitors, mapping external talent and benchmarking
- Create & update talent maps across hard-to-hire, technical, strategic and operational disciplines
- Proactively seeking out ways to improve workflows and systems
- Supporting wider projects such as employer brand strategy, external events, systems, tools and technology transformations
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems
- Experience hiring for technical and hard to fill roles
- Fluent spoken and written English and Russian
- Adaptive communicator
- Strong stakeholder management
- Confident on video calls
- Organised and methodical
- Proactive mindset
- Comfortable working independently on confidential projects
- Genuine interest in Mobile Games
