- Read logs and traces.
- Write fixes for documentation and examples.
- Own the docs site.

- Catch patterns and build internal tooling for support.

- 2+ years in a technical support role.
- Strong Linux fluency.
- Comfortable in Python and TypeScript.
- Strong written communication.
- Documentation instincts.
- Calm under pressure.
