  • Triage incoming customer issues.
  • Reproduce reported bugs against the E2B SDK.
  • Read logs and traces.
  • Write fixes for documentation and examples.
  • Own the docs site.
  • Escalate cleanly.
  • Catch patterns and build internal tooling for support.

Требования

  • 2+ years in a technical support role.
  • Strong Linux fluency.
  • Comfortable in Python and TypeScript.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Documentation instincts.
  • Calm under pressure.
