Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the OKR methodology and operating model.
• Lead complex, cross-functional corporate operational and strategic projects from definition through execution.
• Establish and manage governance and management cadences, including OKR reviews and program reviews.
• Track OKR and program performance, identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive mitigation and escalation.
• Define and maintain KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
• Translate performance data into management recommendations, actions, and decisions.
• Prepare clear, data-driven materials for leadership discussions.
• Drive process improvements and build scalable operating models, tools, templates, and playbooks.
• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to improve prioritization, alignment, and accountability.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in Corporate Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, PMO, or Management Consulting.
• Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project and program management capabilities including planning, governance, dependency and risk management.
• Strong analytical mindset with performance data, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• High level of ownership and ability to independently drive work.
