Visual Communication Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Visual Communication Designer based in the United States.

• Translate business objectives and complex ideas into clear, engaging visual solutions
• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to understand needs and present creative rationale
• Develop visual communication materials: presentations, reports, marketing assets, campaigns, videos, branded content
• Apply brand guidelines consistently while improving visual quality and clarity
• Move between strategic concept development and high-volume production
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, typography, layout, composition, and information design
• Use AI-powered tools and emerging creative technologies to improve workflows
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining client relationships

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and communication capabilities (portfolio link required)
• Advanced skills in conceptual design, typography, layout, composition, visual storytelling, and information design
• Experience designing within established brand systems, preferably for large enterprises
• Experience working directly with clients and presenting design recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; strong presentation design skills with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and/or Keynote
• Agency or consultancy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently from a home-based location in the US
• Current authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship; W-2 employment (no C2C)
