Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain operational components in public clouds (AWS, Azure) and private cloud
• Create tools and processes that enhance operational workflows
• Configure and deploy containerized microservice workloads (Docker/Kubernetes: EKS)
• Collaborate with a team of DevOps engineers to maintain production application and infrastructure across multiple cloud providers and regions
• Work closely with development teams to improve workflows around build, test, and deployment
• Design new tools and utilities to automate infrastructure management
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and trending operational tools within a cloud environment
• Perform day-to-day support of applications covering deployment, patching and general administration
• Troubleshoot the system and provide root cause analysis
• Provide rotational 24/7 on-call technical support

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience focused on infrastructure management and automation
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments
• Experience with configuration management systems (Puppet/Chef)
• Ability to write code in Python/PowerShell for infrastructure scripting
• Strong understanding of build/automation systems such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Strong knowledge and experience with Git
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related STEM field

Conditions

• Base salary range: $70,304 – $122,720 USD
