Responsibilities
- Execute Talent Development Strategy: Partner with regional leaders (including SVP/Regional GM level) and employees to execute the talent development strategy, aligned to business goals, leadership priorities, and global standards.
- Build a Scalable Learning Ecosystem: Design and deliver structured learning journeys (onboarding, manager development, leadership readiness, technical/professional skills) that drive measurable capability shifts and meaningful engagement.
- Drive Retention & Capability Through Development: Create relevant learning experiences that deepen capability, accelerate career growth, and signal to employees that Payoneer invests in their future.
- Lead with Excellence in Execution: Own end-to-end program management with world-class planning, stakeholder alignment, communication, and operational discipline.
- Manage Vendors & Partners with Accountability: Identify, evaluate, and partner with learning vendors and platforms (Coursera, etc.).
- Bridge Global + Local: Partner with and work alongside the global Talent Development team to adapt proven global programs for China's context while surfacing innovative local ideas that can scale globally.
- Facilitate & Deliver Learning Experiences: Lead high-impact workshops and experiences in Mandarin and English.
Requirements
- 8+ years building talent development, learning, or organizational development in global, high-growth environments.
- Strategic & Commercially Aware: You understand how talent density, capability, and engagement drive business outcomes.
- An Expert in Learning Experience Design: You know how to create learning that is practical, engaging, and sticky—not theoretical or disconnected.
- A Masterful Executor: You bring exceptional project and program management discipline.
- Smart with Vendors & Technology: You've managed external vendors and know how to negotiate value, hold partners accountable, and leverage modern learning tools and platforms.
- Influential & Collaborative: You build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Human & Fun(!): You care about people as people, not just headcount.
- Bilingual (Required): Fluent in Mandarin and English.
