Responsibilities
- Own the full software delivery lifecycle for the global warehouse fulfillment and inventory control domain
- Provide technical direction and performance accountability for the Infios Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS platform across all global locations
- Drive WMS application layer integration architecture via CI/CD pipelines (Debezium/Kafka to Snowflake/Databricks)
- Support the Hosting Architecture team in optimal sizing and performance of WMS Architecture in AWS
- Champion adoption of agentic engineering practices: AI-assisted PR analysis, static analysis agents, LLM-powered code quality gates, AI-augmented test generation
- Own the maturity roadmap for CI/CD pipelines with automated deployment workflows, rollback strategies, feature flagging, and infrastructure-as-code
- Build a world-class QA function with automated regression suites, AI-assisted edge case generation, and contract testing
- Establish DORA metrics as the foundation of engineering health reporting
- Partner on architectural decision-making for WMS platform evolution
- Manage 3rd-party vendors and build durable internal capability
- Coach, develop, and retain engineers, product managers, and team leads
Requirements
- Action-oriented servant leader with practitioner's instinct for modern software delivery
- Experience with tier-one WMS platforms, integration architecture, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong management and communication skills
- Ability to build high-performing teams and establish engineering health metrics
