- Solve real business needs at large scale
- Deliver a highly scalable, available, fault-tolerant engine processing hundreds of TB daily
- Low-level systems debugging, performance measurement & optimization
- Build architecture design and influence product roadmap
- Prevent and investigate production issues
- Plan and lead complex technical projects across teams
- Mentor engineers, lead sprint planning, delegate work
Requirements
- 15+ years industry experience building large-scale distributed systems
- Comfortable with multi-year vision and incremental deliverables
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures
- Experience driving company initiatives
- Deep expertise in large-scale distributed systems
