- Build the team that will define the future of the company.
- Help shape our hiring philosophy, recruiting processes, and talent brand as we scale.
- Partner directly with the Head of Talent and leadership team to identify hiring needs, source, and close exceptional candidates.
Требования
- 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or DevTool / AI companies.
- Proven ability to source and close strong engineering candidates in competitive markets.
- Comfortable operating in early-stage environments where speed, autonomy, and ownership matter.
