Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, infrastructure, data, security, product, and other technology roles
- Advise hiring managers with market intelligence and sourcing strategies
- Build strong pipelines and diverse talent slates
- Improve interview workflows and hiring efficiency
- Use recruiting metrics (pass-through rates, time-in-stage, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates)
- Create an inclusive candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on in-house technical recruiting
- Deep familiarity with technical roles, leveling, and interview processes
- Strong stakeholder partnership and influence skills
- Candidate closing strength
- Experience with ATS tools such as Greenhouse or Lever and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Gem
- Process improvement mindset
- High autonomy and accountability
