Responsibilities
- Build visually compelling, highly interactive websites and interfaces for internationally recognized consumer brands
- Convert detailed Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
- Develop smooth, sophisticated animations and scroll-driven interactions using modern animation libraries
- Develop reusable, maintainable UI components using React or Next.js, advanced Tailwind CSS
- Optimize animation-intensive pages for performance, targeting smooth 60fps
- Implement accessible interfaces with ARIA attributes, keyboard navigation, and reduced-motion support
- Independently manage front-end implementation and make sound technical decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing
- Incorporate AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) into workflows
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years of front-end web development experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern CSS techniques and responsive design
- Advanced experience with web animation technologies such as GSAP (including ScrollTrigger), Framer Motion, SVG animation, Canvas, or WebGL/Three.js
- Practical experience with React or Next.js in production
- Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS, custom design systems, theming, reusable styling patterns
- Ability to translate high-end Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Understanding of browser rendering, animation performance, asset optimization
- Familiarity with accessible web development practices (ARIA, keyboard navigation, reduced-motion)
- Ability to lead front-end projects autonomously
- Strong troubleshooting skills and cross-browser/device testing experience
- Daily experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
- Professional written and spoken English
