Responsibilities

Model Ownership: Own revenue and opex models that set goals and measure business performance.
Build the next-generation StratFin team: Develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems.
Strategy: Assess and define existing and potential future strategic priorities.
Insights: Proactively deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Finance, Corporate Development.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-range, annual, and quarterly planning processes.

Requirements

4+ years of experience. Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance/business operations is preferred.
Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data analytics and financial insights.
Experience building with AI - a model, a workflow, an automated analysis.
Expert-level modeling ability, translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
Experience with Adaptive, Claude, Lovable, Salesforce, BI tools (ie. Omni), SQL.

Conditions

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA): $128,000 - $173,000 USD.
On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Denver, CO): $108,000 - $146,000 USD.
Individuals are expected to work from the office 3+ days a week.
In-office perks: lunch five times a week, commuter stipend, snacks and beverages.
A relocation stipend may be available.
