- Define the north star: set and communicate the vision and strategy for your product(s)
- Transform teaching and learning: continuously push on opportunities to drive real-word value
- Spearhead planning: set OKRs, lead annual product planning, develop team models
- Deliver commercial results: drive commercial performance, partner on P&L targets, set pricing, manage budgets
- Obsess over your users: regularly engage with customers
- Stay ahead of the market and competition: research market trends, know competitor programs
- Drive execution at scale and with quality: lead products end-to-end
- Develop the go-to-market approach: partner with Marketing and Sales
- Lead with influence: work cross-functionally
- Coach a team of excellent product managers: lead and mentor a team
- Contribute to external eminence: evaluate partnership opportunities
