Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst based in United States. This role supports a high-performing Americas sales organization by turning operational data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Support revenue operations for the Americas new business sales organization, helping ensure consistent and effective sales processes.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance opportunities, operational risks, and areas for improvement.
- Provide sales teams and commercial stakeholders with actionable performance analysis, reporting, and forecasting insights.
- Support pipeline management and forecasting activities to improve visibility and overall forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to annual sales planning and territory design by providing relevant data analysis and operational insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve data governance, data quality, and sales operations processes.
- Use reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making and translate operational data into measurable business value.
- Collaborate with sales, revenue operations, and commercial excellence stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective analytical solutions.
- Help maintain consistent operational practices, reporting processes, and sales metrics across the organization.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or comparable analytical role.
- Strong analytical background with experience using data to support sales operations, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to work with databases and analyze complex datasets.
- Experience with Salesforce administration and familiarity with CRM data and sales processes.
- Familiarity with the Looker business intelligence platform or a comparable BI and reporting solution.
- Experience in database management, data analysis, reporting, or sales operations analytics.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify trends and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong attention to data quality, governance, accuracy, and process consistency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing priorities independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.
