This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a NetSuite Developer based in India. This role offers the opportunity to develop, maintain, and enhance a critical NetSuite ERP environment within a global, remote-first organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical architecture and evolution of the NetSuite ERP environment
- Identify opportunities to automate business processes through scripted and custom solutions
- Design, build, deploy, maintain, and improve SuiteScript 2.0, Map/Reduce, and other technical solutions
- Perform technical design and code reviews
- Collaborate with Financial Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Enhance existing capabilities through AI and emerging technologies
- Monitor ERP performance and establish alerting processes
- Partner with Enterprise Integration teams to maintain critical integrations
- Execute NetSuite administration, maintenance, and operational tasks
- Support data extraction and querying through SuiteAnalytics Connect
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience, including SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, and Map/Reduce
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML, and JSON
- General understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes
- Basic functional understanding of NetSuite modules: Multi-Subsidiary, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Multi-Book Accounting
- Experience with AI, SQL, database querying, preferably SuiteAnalytics Connect
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong collaboration skills
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteCloud Developer are a plus
- Experience with integration mapping and ETL tools such as Dell Boomi or Stitch is a plus
- Knowledge of SOX audit processes is desirable
