- Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever of customer adoption.
- Translate customer goals into tailored enablement programs.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs.
- Conduct learning diagnostics to identify skill gaps.
- Deliver high-quality, blended learning experiences.
