Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and strategy to establish Display Ads as a key lever for Delivery Hero’s success in the marketplace.
- Build a world-class suite of Display solutions focusing on ad experience, outcome oriented advertising, and optimization for long-term product sustainability.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team dedicated team comprised of commercial performance managers, data scientists and analysts, UX researchers, designers and engineers.
- Align your ideas with our regional teams and get the buy-in from global and regional C-level stakeholders for your product agenda.
- Join our large and growing global product community and act as a product champion and mentor.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building digital Advertising/Rich Media products in a high-performance environment.
- Strong track record of driving business results.
- 7+ years of experience leading teams; ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Demonstrated ability to work highly independently with a very high degree of ownership.
- Highly analytical profile; ability to evangelise, explain and align the product agenda by reference to data and expected impact.
- Strong ability to communicate, listen and negotiate to reach effective solutions in complex organizational environments.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
